Rather expected game when 5th ranked Asseco Prok. (18-14) was defeated on the road by second ranked Trefl Sopot (21-11) 79-69 on Wednesday. The hosts trailed by 2 points at the halftime before their 39-27 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. The former international forward Filip Dylewicz (202-80) fired 19 points and 7 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. American guard Ronald Davis (190-82, college: Wisc.-Milwaukee) chipped in 14 points. Austrian-Slovenian center Rasid Mahalbasic (211-90) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international Przemyslaw Zamojski (194-86, college: Independence CC, agency: Alti Sport) added 12 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Trefl Sopot and five Asseco Prok. players scored in double figures. Trefl Sopot have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain second position with 21-11 record having just -3 point less than leader PGE Turow. Asseco Prok. lost fourth consecutive game. Defending champion still keeps top place with 14 games lost.
