Wels shot down BC Vienna to avoid elimination. The game without a history. Raiffeisen Wels led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Raiffeisen Wels had a 29-17 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American-Iranian point guard Ali Farokhmanesh (183-88, college: N.Iowa) who scored 22 points and 4 assists. American guard David Gonzalvez (193-87, college: Richmond) chipped in 16 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Raiffeisen Wels players scored in double figures.
