We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 4th ranked Rosa Radom (10-22) was edged at home by fifth ranked Kotwica (9-23) 83-81 on Friday. The guests trailed by 9 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 2 points. American-Swedish forward Demetrius Brown (201-83, college: San Jose St.) fired 16 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. Center Rafal Rajewicz (203-88, agency: Promotex) chipped in a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds. American point guard Nic Wise (178-87, college: Arizona) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points, 5 rebounds and 13 assists and Serbian swingman Slavisa Bogavac (200-80, agency: BeoExcell) added 21 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Rosa Radom's coach Wojciech Kaminski tested ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game. Kotwica have a solid three-game winning streak. Despite that victory Kotwica went down to sixth position due to points difference. Rosa Radom lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the fourth place with 22 games lost.
