BJ League top team - Niigata Albirex (34-16) added another victory to their record. This time they beat seventh ranked Osaka Evessa (22-28) 79-74. Niigata Albirex had a 15-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. Osaka Evessa was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Americans were the main players on the court also this time. Guard Nile Murry (193-83, college: TCU) notched 19 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the effort and center Chris Holm (212-84, college: Vermont) supported him with 10 points and 13 rebounds. Four Niigata Albirex players scored in double figures.
