Very predictable result when fifth ranked Chorale de Roanne (17-12) smashed at home 14th ranked Sluc Nancy (11-18) 89-63 on Saturday. The game without a history. Chorale de Roanne led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Sluc Nancy's 30 and made 22-of-23 free shots (95.7 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Sluc Nancy 39-23 including a 31-17 advantage in defensive rebounds. Sluc Nancy was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Jamaican-American power forward Ryan Reid (203-86, college: Florida St.) stepped up and scored 21 points and 9 rebounds (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line) for the winners and naturalized Ivorian guard Pape-Philippe Amagou (185-85, agency: Beo Basket) chipped in 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists.
