An interesting game took place in Reggio Calabria where 7th ranked Treviglio (17-15) was upset on the court of tenth ranked Reggio Calabr. (17-16) 71-53. It looked good early as Treviglio took an 4-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Reggio Calabr. had a 16-11 second period charge getting the lead and Treviglio was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 53-71. It was a good game for point guard Alessandro Piazza (174-87) who led his team to a victory with 8 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists.
