Svendborg did not allow Bakken to clinch the title in front of the home fans. The Rabbits marched past their opponents on the road and forced the decisive seventh game in this exciting title series. Svendborg made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. It was a good game for American power forward Donald Rutherford (199-87, college: Catawba) who led his team to a victory with 20 points and 8 rebounds. The former international guard Adama Darboe (190-86) contributed with 20 points for the winners. The former international power forward Nicolai Iversen (205-80, college: San Jose City JC) replied with 7 points and 7 rebounds and the former international point guard Andreas Jakobsen (187-83, college: Columbia, MO) added 8 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Bakken. Bakken's coach Mathias Bach gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win.
