Quarter-Finals Round 2: Darussafaka - Yesilgiresun 81-62

Date: May 8, 2013
The game was mostly controlled by Darussafaka. Yesilgiresun was better in third quarter 19-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great shooting night for Darussafaka especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.1 percentage. American guard Marcus Hall (185-85, college: Colorado) notched 29 points to lead the effort and swingman Cihan Amasyali (191-83) supported him with 10 points and 5 assists. Even 20 points by American guard Alex Gordon (184-85, college: Vanderbilt) did not help to save the game for Yesilgiresun. His fellow American import center John Ofoegbu (206-84, college: Idaho St.) added 9 points and 6 rebounds for the guests. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
