Finals Game 3: Halychyna - Ferro-ZNTU 73-94

The game without a history. Ferro-ZNTU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 23-of-24 charity shots (95.8 percent) during the game, while Halychyna only scored seven points from the stripe. Ferro-ZNTU had a 35-22 advantage in offensive rebounds. They shot the lights out from three nailing 15 long-distance shots on high 53.6 percentage. Halychyna was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. It was an exceptional evening for American point guard Randy Culpepper (182-89, college: UTEP) who led the winners and scored 50 points (!!!) and 5 assists. His fellow American import R.T. Guinn (208-81, college: Baylor) accounted for 17 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Bosnian guard Goran Ikonic (196-80, agency: Beo Basket) came up with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Ivan Shkurupiy (200-82) added 13 points respectively for Halychyna in the defeat. Halychyna's coach Zeljko Lukajic gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.
