There was a minor upset in Sevilla where 14th ranked Cajasol (12-22) was defeated by sixteenth ranked Baloncesto Fuenlabrada (12-22) 76-68 on Sunday. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 23-14. But Cajasol won second period 15-14. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Baloncesto Fuenlabrada made 18-of-20 free shots (90.0 percent) during the game. Dominican-American guard James Feldeine (193-88, college: Quinnipiac) scored 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Robert Kurz (206-85, college: Notre Dame, agency: Priority Sports) chipped in 18 points and 9 rebounds during the contest. At the losing side Czech center Ondrej Balvin (216-92) responded with 14 points and 7 rebounds and Czech point guard Tomas Satoransky (201-91) scored 14 points and 4 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Baloncesto Fuenlabrada moved-up to fourteenth place, which they share with Blancos de R. and Cajasol.
