Finals Game 3: Oberwart - BC Vienna 97-72

Oberwart came back into the title series after they brushed past BC Vienna at home court. The game was mostly controlled by Redwell Gunners Oberwart. BC Vienna managed to win third quarter 23-20. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Redwell Gunners Oberwart made 25-of-31 free shots (80.6 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American forward Seamus Boxley (201-82, college: Portland St.) who scored 20 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists and 5 steals. American-Puerto Rican point guard Darnell Hinson (186-80, college: Northeastern St.) chipped in 24 points. Four Redwell Gunners Oberwart players scored in double figures. Redwell Gunners Oberwart's coach Tom Johnson felt very confident that he used 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the other side the best for losing team was British power forward Ryan Richards (212-91, agency: Interperformances) who recorded 18 points and 6 rebounds and the former international guard Stjepan Stazic (199-78) added 16 points and 4 assists respectively.
