Regular Season Round 6: Jiangsu TX - Nanjin Army 113-100

Very expected game when 7th ranked Nanjin Army (2-4) was defeated on the road by third ranked Jiangsu TX (4-2) 113-100 on Friday. The game was mostly controlled by Jiangsu TX. Nanjin Army managed to win fourth quarter 33-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was point guard Xin Feng (187-92) who scored 14 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Guard Zhuang Ma (194-88) chipped in 19 points. At the other side the best for losing team was forward LiPeng An (199-90) who recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and Han Ge added 20 points respectively. Five Jiangsu TX and four Nanjin Army players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Jiangsu TX have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 4-2 record having just two points less than leader Guangzhou FM, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Nanjin Army keeps the seventh place with four games lost. Jiangsu TX will meet at home league's second-placed Changan Group in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week.
