Very predictable result in Sao Paolo where fifth ranked Palmeiras (3-2) defeated 10th ranked Pinheiros (1-4) 88-76. Palmeiras dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Pinheiros' 28. American point guard Caleb Brown (182-89, college: Austin Peay St., agency: Duran International) orchestrated the victory by scoring 18 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists.
