Another exciting game was played in Tokyo between fifth ranked Tochigi Brex and 6th ranked Hitachi Sunrockers where Tochigi Brex (2-4) crushed Hitachi Sunrockers (1-5) on the road with 22-point difference 89-67. The game without a history. Tochigi Brex led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Tochigi Brex outrebounded Hitachi Sunrockers 42-31 including 27 on the defensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists comparing to just 10 passes made by Hitachi Sunrockers' players. The game was dominated by American players. Power forward Ryan Rossiter (204-89, college: Siena) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 13 rebounds. Guard Tommy Brenton (196-89, college: Stony Brook) contributed with 4 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Four Tochigi Brex players scored in double figures. Forward Darryl Darryl (198-88, college: Indiana, PA, agency: Pro One Sports) answered with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 10 rebounds and forward Darius Darius (208-82, college: Miami, FL) added 15 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Hitachi Sunrockers. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Tochigi Brex moved-up to fourth place. Hitachi Sunrockers at the other side keep the sixth position with five games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
