An interesting game for Mitsubishi Dolphins (6-0) which hosted in Nagoya 4th ranked Tsukuba R. (2-4). Top-ranked Mitsubishi Dolphins managed to get a 14-point victory 84-70. It was a very close game until the last quarter, when Mitsubishi Dolphins's pressure prevailed and they won that period 29-16 extending their advantage to 14 points. They made 26-of-33 free shots (78.8 percent) during the game, while Tsukuba R. only scored nine points from the stripe. Bahamas power forward Magnum Rolle (211-86, college: Louisiana Tech) notched a double-double by scoring 20 points, 11 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the effort and Senegalese-French forward Amath M'Baye (206-89, college: Oklahoma) supported him with 13 points and 7 rebounds.
