The game had a very big importance for second-ranked Sodertalje Kings as it allowed them to take a leadership position. Sodertalje Kings smashed 7th ranked Solna Vikings at home 97-68. The game was mostly controlled by Sodertalje Kings. Solna Vikings managed to win fourth quarter 25-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Sodertalje Kings have a solid four-game winning streak. As mentioned above they are alone now at the top position. Solna Vikings lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the eighth place with three games lost. Solna Vikings will play next round against Eco Orebro trying to get back on the winning streak. Sodertalje Kings will try to continue on its current victory against sixth ranked KFUM Jamtland on the road.
