Regular Season Round 3: Sudety - Slask 2 Wroclaw 83-51

Everything went according to plan when Sudety (2-1) outplayed Slask 2 Wroclaw (0-3) in Jelenia Gora 83-51 on Saturday. The game without a history. Sudety led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Slask 2 Wroclaw's 28 and made 16-of-17 free shots (94.1 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Slask 2 Wroclaw 42-27 including a 31-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. It was a good game for forward Pawel Minciel (203-88) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Lukasz Niesobski (185-85) contributed with 21 points and 4 assists for the winners. Five Sudety players scored in double figures. point guard Marc-Oscar Sanny (185-96) answered with 7 points and center Marcin Skorek (205-96) added 8 points in the effort for Slask 2 Wroclaw. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Sudety will face Cieszyn (#8) on the road in the next round. Slask 2 Wroclaw will play against GKS Tychy and hopes to get finally their first victory.
