The most surprising game was the first loss of undefeated Eskilstuna (2-1) at the home court on Saturday night. Hosts were defeated by tenth ranked Brahe Basket (1-3) 72-67. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Eskilstuna. The guests trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 7-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 72-67. Brahe Basket forced 34 Eskilstuna turnovers. Strangely Eskilstuna outrebounded Brahe Basket 44-26 including 29 on the defensive glass. It was a great evening for Jamaican center Hugh Robinson (202-83) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Guard Kristoffer Gronhage (185-92) helped adding 19 points. At the losing side point guard Pontus Oksman (185-92) responded with 22 points and Spanish power forward Ivan Saez (198-91) produced a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. Brahe Basket left bottom position moving up to ninth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Eskilstuna at the other side keeps the fourth position with one game lost. They share it with Umea and Polisen. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
