Regular Season Round 2: Priolo - Venezia 50-90

An interesting game took place in Priolo where Priolo (0-1) was upset on its own court by Venezia (1-1) 90-50 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 6-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 90-50. Venezia dominated on the defensive end, holding Priolo to just 4 points in third quarter and to 12 points in second half. Venezia dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Priolo's 30. Venezia forced 19 Priolo turnovers and had a 13-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. Venezia will face Familia Schio on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Priolo will play against Umbertide.
