The most crucial game of the last round was the first loss of undefeated Bulleen Boomers (4-1) in Melbourne on Friday night. Hosts were defeated by Dandenong Rangers (5-0) 72-57. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Bulleen Boomers. It was a key game for the top position in the league as both teams had the same 4-0 record before this meeting.
