Regular Season Round 3: Asseco - Stabill Jezioro 86-70

Not a big story in a game in Gdynia where Stabill Jezioro (0-3) was defeated by Asseco (2-1) 86-70 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Asseco. Stabill Jezioro managed to win second period 25-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was American point guard A.J. Walton (184-90, college: Baylor) who scored 14 points and 6 assists. The former international swingman Lukasz Seweryn (195-82) chipped in 17 points. Asseco's coach David Dedek used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. At the other side the best for losing team was American guard Chaisson Allen (192-89, college: Northeastern) who recorded 15 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and point guard Marcin Nowakowski (186-89) added 10 points and 8 assists respectively. Asseco will meet Polpharma (#11) in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Stabill Jezioro will play against PGE Turow and hopes to get finally their first victory.
