Rather predictable result in Les Milles where Pays d'Aix (2-1) smashed Charnay (0-3) 74-52. The game was mostly controlled by Pays d'Aix. Charnay was better in second period 15-13. They outrebounded Charnay 35-18 including a 26-15 advantage in defensive rebounds. 26 personal fouls committed by Charnay helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. It was a good game for American forward Shenita Landry (188-87, college: Temple, agency: Two Points) who led her team to a victory with 9 points and 12 rebounds. point guard Linda Bousbaa (165-91) contributed with 14 points and 5 assists for the winners.
