Perfumerias Avenida defeated Pais Vasco in Salamanca 63-47. The game was mostly controlled by Perfumerias Avenida. Pais Vasco was better in third quarter 12-8. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Pais Vasco to just 6 points in fourth quarter. Perfumerias Avenida forced 23 Pais Vasco turnovers and outrebounded them 47-34 including 33 on the defensive glass. They brought some defensive toughness making 13 blocks. It was an exceptional evening for American forward Angelica Robinson (197-87, college: Georgia) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 16 points, 12 rebounds and 5 blocks.
