Everything could happen in Trapani at the game between two tied teams. Both eighth ranked Lighthouse TR and 9th ranked Napoli Basket had identical 2-2 record. This time Lighthouse TR used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Napoli 82-75 on Thursday night. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 21-11. But Napoli Basket won second period 19-18. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Napoli Basket was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Lighthouse TR (3-2) moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Sigma BRC. Loser Napoli Basket dropped to the eighth position with three games lost. Lighthouse TR will face Fileni BPA Jesi (#12) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Napoli Basket will play against Novipiu Casale (#16) and hope to win that game.
