Regular Season Round 5: AZS AGH Alstom - Pulaski Warka 91-68

Not a big story in a game in Krakow where 7th ranked Pulaski Warka (1-4) was outplayed by third ranked AZS AGH Alstom (4-1) 91-68 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by AZS AGH Alstom. Pulaski Warka was better in third quarter 23-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. AZS AGH Alstom dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Pulaski Warka's 46. They outrebounded Pulaski Warka 36-22 including 23 on the defensive glass. Forward Maciej Piatek (198-83) produced 19 points and 6 rebounds and point guard Pawel Piros (185-88) added 17 points respectively for the guests. AZS AGH Alstom keeps a position of Group C leader, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Pulaski Warka dropped to the tenth place with four games lost.
