Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked Virtus Cagliari (2-2) outscored at home bottom-ranked Biassono (0-3) 66-35 on Saturday. The game without a history. Virtus Cagliari led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Biassono to just 6 points in second quarter. Virtus Cagliari forced 25 Biassono turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Carolina Scibelli (182-86) who helped to win the game recording 16 points and 7 rebounds and Slovenian power forward Ana Ljubenovic (182-88) who added 12 points and 8 rebounds during the contest.
