Leader Umea blasted bottom-ranked Eskinstuna (0-7) in Umea 96-72 keeping the perfect record after 7 rounds. Eskinstuna is still unable to win any game. The game was mostly controlled by Umea. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The victory was the fifth consecutive win for Umea. They maintain second place with 5-0 record behind leader Norrkoping. Eskinstuna lost their seventh game in a row. Newly promoted team still closes the standings with seven games lost. Umea will play against league's leader Norrkoping Dolphins on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Eskinstuna will play against IK Eos (#6) in Lund and hopes to get finally their first victory.
