Regular Season Round 14: Brahe Basket - IK Eos 76-95

No shocking result in a game when third ranked IK Eos (6-1) crushed 10th ranked Brahe Basket (2-6) in Huskvarna 95-76. The game was mostly controlled by IK Eos. Brahe Basket was better in fourth quarter 26-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. IK Eos had a 27-16 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was FYR Macedonian-Icelandic forward Jovan Zdravevski (198-80) who had a double-double by scoring 19 points and 10 rebounds. Center David Hult (204-89) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). Four IK Eos players scored in double figures. IK Eos' coach Axel Wallin let to play all 12 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Jamaican center Hugh Robinson (202-83) produced 26 points and 9 rebounds and guard Albin Hedin (185-91) added 14 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the hosts. IK Eos have an impressive six-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Alvik Basket and Hoganas. Brahe Basket at the other side keeps the tenth place with six games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
