There was a surprise result when thirteenth ranked Nantes (6-7) edged at home 4th placed Le Portel (8-5) 77-74 on Friday. The hosts trailed by 9 points after three quarters before their 23-11 charge, which allowed them to win the game. American players dominated the game. Quite impressive performance for Allen Durham (198-88, college: Grace Bible) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points, 16 rebounds and 4 blocks. Swingman Wesley Witherspoon (205-90, college: Memphis) contributed with 13 points for the winners. Durham is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
