Leader BC Rakvere delivered the eighth victory on Saturday night. This time they crushed 5th ranked Tln Kalev (4-5) 109-64 in Tallinn. The game without a history. BC Rakvere led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot the lights out from three sinking 17 long-distance shots on high 53.1 percentage. BC Rakvere looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. Worth to mention a quality performance of Lithuanian guard Giedrius Gustas (190-80, agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 17 points, 8 rebounds and 11 assists and international point guard Kristo Saage (187-85) who added 20 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Five BC Rakvere players scored in double figures. American center Kenneth Cooper (208-87, college: UAB) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 11 rebounds and naturalized American forward Renato Lindmets (200-84, college: Westfield St.) scored 11 points. Tln Kalev's coach Kalle Klandorf gave up on the game allowing to play twelve players seeing no chance for a win. BC Rakvere have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 8-2 record. Tln Kalev lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with five games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
