No shocking result in a game when third ranked Vicenza (4-1) crushed on the road bottom-ranked Alghero (0-6) 71-41 on Sunday. The game without a history. Vicenza led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Alghero to just 6 points in first quarter. Vicenza dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Alghero's 26. Vicenza forced 26 Alghero turnovers. It was a good game for swingman Laura Benko (180-83, agency: Players Group) who led her team to a victory with 16 points and 9 rebounds.
