Basketligan top team - Boras Basket (11-0) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eighth ranked KFUM Jamtland (4-7) 109-89. The game without a history. Boras Basket led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to KFUM Jamtland's 42. They outrebounded KFUM Jamtland 46-31 including a 35-21 advantage in defensive rebounds. Boras Basket players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. American players dominated the game. Worth to mention a quality performance of Christopher McKnight (201-87, college: Akron) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 26 points and 16 rebounds and point guard James Miller (182-79, college: N.Carolina A&T, agency: Higher Vision Sports) who added 22 points and 7 assists during the contest. Boras Basket's coach Pat Ryan used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was point guard Eric Mosley (178-90, college: St.Bonaventure) with 21 points, 6 assists and 4 steals (went 11 for 11 at the free throw line !!!) and power forward Brandon Peterson (204-90, college: Arkansas St.) produced a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Boras Basket have an impressive 11-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 11-0 record. KFUM Jamtland at the other side keeps the eighth place with seven games lost. Boras Basket will play against Norrkoping Dolphins (#3) in Norrkoping in the next round, which may be the game of the day. KFUM Jamtland will have a break next round.
