There was a minor upset when 11th ranked Mondeville (2-7) was defeated on the road by thirteenth ranked Angers (2-7) 79-61. The game without a history. Angers led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. It was a good game for Canadian forward Lizanne Murphy (185-84, college: Hofstra) who led her team to a victory with 14 points and 9 rebounds.
