No shocking result in a game when second ranked UMKS Kielce (6-2) beat on the road 11th ranked AZS AWF Krakow (1-7) 69-65 on Saturday. The guests started the game with a very strong first quarter 25-11. But AZS AWF Krakow won third quarter 24-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Naturalized German power forward Alexander Machowski (205-91) orchestrated the victory by scoring 12 points and 8 rebounds. Power forward Jakub Dryjanski (202-82) contributed with 20 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. point guard Jakub Dwernicki (179-86) replied with 20 points and 4 assists and forward Mateusz Piech (196-90) added 9 points and 4 assists in the effort for AZS AWF Krakow.
