There was a change at the Liga Nacional leadership position after last games. Round 4 most important game was a defeat of league's leader Tinguiririca S.F. (3-1). They were defeated by third ranked Universidad de Concepcion (3-1) 96-81 on Sunday night. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Tinguiririca S.F.. It was a key game for the top position in the league. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Universidad de Concepcion have a solid three-game winning streak. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Boston Coll. and Tinguiririca S.F. Tinguiririca S.F. will play next round against AB Ancud trying to make it back to the top of the standings. Universidad de Concepcion will try to continue on its current victory against sixth ranked CD Sagrados in Vina del Mar.
