Regular Season Round 10: Weert - M.Magixx 60-90
Date: November 26, 2013
Bottom-ranked Weert (0-12) tried to put together a comeback for its first victory of the season, but they fell short in the 90-60 loss to third ranked M.Magixx (8-4) in Weert. The game was mostly controlled by M.Magixx. Weert was better in fourth quarter 25-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Indian-Canadian forward Robbie Sihota (198-87) notched a double-double by scoring 28 points and 15 rebounds to lead the effort and American swingman Patrick Richard (196-90, college: McNeese St., agency: KMG Sports Management) supported him with 19 points and 5 rebounds. Even a double-double of 17 points, 10 rebounds and 4 assists by the former international center Kenneth van Kempen (207-87, college: Ohio, agency: Court Side) did not help to save the game for Weert. The former international forward Sjors Besseling (198-85, agency: Court Side) added 15 points and 5 rebounds for lost side. M.Magixx have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 8-4 record having just one points less than leader Zwolle, which they share with Den Bosch and Leiden.
