Everything could happen in Kolobrzeg at the game between two tied teams. Both ninth ranked AZS Koszalin and 10th ranked Kotwica had identical 2-5 record. But Kotwica was not able to use a home court advantage and was smashed by the opponent from Koszalin 87-66. The game was mostly controlled by AZS Koszalin. Kotwica was better in third quarter 18-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was naturalized Israeli point guard Oded Brandwein (179-88, agency: N.E.T.) who scored 25 points and 4 assists. AZS Koszalin (3-5) moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Asseco. Kotwica lost third consecutive game. They keep the tenth position with six games lost. AZS Koszalin's next round opponent will be higher ranked Energa Czarni (#3) in Slupsk and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Kotwica will play on the road against Anwil (#5) in Wloclawek and hope to win that game.
