An interesting game for Gernika (6-0) which played road game in Madrid against 3rd ranked CREF Hola (4-2). Top-ranked Gernika had an easy win 71-49. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of CREF Hola. The game was mostly controlled by Gernika. CREF Hola was better in second period 13-9. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding CREF Hola to just 6 points in first quarter.
