Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Amanda Thompson (183-87, college: Oklahoma) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 31 points and 15 rebounds (on 13-of-16 shooting from the field). British-Nigerian power forward Toluwani Omotola (190-91, college: Liberty) contributed with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Guard Keren Nechama (176-90) answered with 22 points and 5 assists (on 9-of-10 shooting from the field) and American guard Juanita Ward (180-86, college: Syracuse, agency: Merit Management Group) added 18 points and 9 rebounds in the effort for Hap.Petah Tikva. Five Hap.Petah Tikva players scored in double figures. Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Bnot Hertzeliya and Elitzur Netanya. Hap.Petah Tikva at the other side stay at the bottom position with six games lost. Hapoel Rishon Le-Zion will play against league's leader Elitzur Ramla on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
