Extraliga top team - Inter Bratislava (13-3) had no problems winning another game on Wednesday. This time they crushed ninth ranked Nova Ves (2-13) 94-56. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Inter Bratislava made 7 blocks. American guard Justin Graham (193-88, college: San Jose St.) nailed 17 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and international Michal Batka (204-87) accounted for 17 points and 6 rebounds. Four Inter Bratislava players scored in double figures. Swingman Vladimir Hovanak (193-82) came up with 15 points and 7 rebounds and American point guard N'Gai Evans (188-88, college: Wright St.) added 11 points and 6 assists respectively for Nova Ves in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Inter Bratislava have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 13-3 record. Loser Nova Ves stay at the bottom position with 13 games lost.
