The most exciting game of round 18 in the Basketligan took place in Uppsala. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 5th ranked Uppsala Basket (8-8) to seventh ranked LF Basket (7-8) 78-76 on Monday evening. The guests trailed by 8 points at the halftime before their 46-36 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. LF Basket made 16-of-21 free shots (76.2 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was the former international swingman Christopher Ryan (196-90) who scored 24 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. LF Basket is looking forward to face league's second-placed Sodertalje Kings at home in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Uppsala Basket will play against the league's leader Boras Basket and is hoping to win this game.
