There was no surprise in Rosh Pina where 12th ranked Maccabi Ashdod (2-8) was defeated by ninth ranked Galil Gilboa (5-5) 80-74. Maccabi Ashdod was ahead by 1 point after three quarters before a 25-18 charge of Galil Gilboa, which allowed them to win the game. They shot 68.5 percent from the field. It was a great shooting night for Galil Gilboa especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 61.5 percentage. 24 personal fouls committed by Maccabi Ashdod helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
