The game between closely ranked teams ended with eighth ranked Huracanes' (10-10) home victory over 9th ranked Lechugueros (8-12) 76-63. The game was mostly controlled by Huracanes. Lechugueros was better in fourth quarter 19-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Huracanes players were unselfish on offense dishing 28 assists. American swingman Deilvez Yearby (198-87, college: IPFW, agency: The House of Baller!Stars) answered with 17 points and 9 rebounds and the former international guard Andre Joseph Tyronzic (191-81, college: Oregon) added 8 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Lechugueros. Huracanes have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to seventh place. Lechugueros at the other side keep the ninth position with 12 games lost. Huracanes will play against Panteras (#10) in Aguascalientes in the next round. Lechugueros will play on the road against Correcaminos in Ciudad Victoria and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
