Everything went according to plan when eleventh ranked TianJin Steel (7-6) outleveled on the road 16th ranked Sichuan BW (3-10) 97-78 on Friday. TianJin Steel forced 22 Sichuan BW turnovers. American forward Shelden Williams (206-83, college: Duke) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 15 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import point guard Sebastian Telfair (183-85) chipped in 26 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Four TianJin Steel players scored in double figures. At the losing side Iranian center Hamed Haddadi (218-85) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points and 16 rebounds and American D.J. White (206-86, college: Indiana) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Sichuan BW's coach rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win. TianJin Steel have a solid series of four victories in a row. They moved-up to ninth place, which they share with Zhejiang CB. Newly promoted Sichuan BW dropped to the fifteenth position with ten games lost. They share it with Jilin NE T.. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
