Seventh-ranked Osaka Evessa (8-11) gave a tough game to first ranked Okinawa GK (15-2). The visitors from Okinawa managed to secure only two-point victory 79-77. However their fans expected much easier game. Okinawa GK forced 22 Osaka Evessa turnovers. Americans were the main players on the court. Anthony McHenry (202-83, college: Georgia Tech) nailed 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side and guard Draelon Burns (194-85, college: De Paul) accounted for 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Okinawa GK have an impressive series of eleven victories in a row. They maintain first place with 15-2 record. Osaka Evessa at the other side keeps the seventh position with 11 games lost. They share it with Aomori Watts. Okinawa GK will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Osaka Evessa will play again at home against the league's leader Okinawa GK (#1) and hopes to get back on the winning track.
