Bottom-ranked Victoria is still unable to win any game. This time they lost on the road their ninth consecutive match to fifth ranked Berezina-RCOR (3-5) 62-42 on Wednesday evening. The game without a history. Berezina-RCOR led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Berezina-RCOR forced 21 Victoria turnovers. The winners were led by forward Viktoriya Pankova (184-93) who scored that evening 19 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Yuliya Haponava (187-94) supported her with 16 points and 7 rebounds. Even 16 points and 5 rebounds by forward Hanna Tsarevich (178-95) did not help to save the game for Victoria. Tatsiana Khadzko (175-96) added 12 points and 5 rebounds for the guests. Victoria's coach Valentina Navoichyk tested twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Berezina-RCOR maintains fifth position with 3-5 record. Loser Victoria still closes the standings with nine games lost. Berezina-RCOR will meet at home league's leader Gorizont in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Victoria will have a break next round.
