Rather predictable result when fifth ranked MKS Skierniew. (8-3) outscored on the road 8th ranked Piaseczno (4-8) 94-67 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by MKS Skierniew.. Piaseczno was better in fourth quarter 21-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. MKS Skierniew. made 18-of-20 free shots (90.0 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was forward Mariusz Wojcik (200-79) who had a double-double by scoring 32 points, 13 rebounds and 5 blocks. Arkadiusz Kobus (195-86, agency: Promotex) chipped in a double-double by scoring 22 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. MKS Skierniew. moved-up to fourth place in Group C. Piaseczno lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with eight games lost. MKS Skierniew. will face league's second-placed UMKS Kielce at home in the next round and it may be the game of the week. Piaseczno will play against Wisla Krakow (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
