Rather expected game in Nagoya where 7th ranked Aishin Wings (4-9) were defeated by fifth ranked Mitsubishi K. (10-3) 75-62. The game was mostly controlled by Mitsubishi K.. Aishin Wings was better in fourth quarter 20-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Yuki Ikeya (174-93) who helped to win the game recording 25 points and 5 rebounds. Swingman Aya Watanabe (170-92) contributed with 18 points and 5 assists for the winners. Four Mitsubishi K. players scored in double figures. The former international center Hiromi Suwa (183-85) answered with 10 points and 9 rebounds and forward Arisa Takii (178-88) added 13 points in the effort for Aishin Wings.
