There was no surprise in Tenerife where 13th ranked UCAM Murcia (5-7) was defeated by sixth ranked CB Canarias (7-5) 82-69. UCAM Murcia was ahead by 9 points at the halftime before a 47-25 second half run of CB Canarias. They dominated on the defensive end, holding UCAM Murcia to just 7 points in third quarter. They made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. CB Canarias shot the lights out from three nailing 12 long-distance shots on high 52.2 percentage.
