Winner League top team - Hapoel Jerusalem (12-3) had no problems winning another game on Thursday. This time they beat seventh ranked Hapoel Eilat (8-7) 82-65. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 5-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 82-65. Hapoel Jerusalem looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. International Lior Eliyahu (206-85, agency: Z.A.G. - Law Offices) scored 24 points and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and American point guard Derwin Kitchen (193-86, college: Florida St.) chipped in 10 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists during the contest. Four Hapoel Jerusalem players scored in double figures. American swingman Kevin Palmer (198-87, college: Texas A&M-CC) responded with 10 points and 9 rebounds and his fellow American import Terrence Roderick (196-88, college: UAB, agency: Interperformances) scored 12 points and 4 assists.
